STAGES

Stages of accomplishing National Foresight Programme “Poland 2020”:

1. To establish composition of Research Fields and Thematic Panels and determine responsibilities, arrange the work.
2. To arrange a conference opening Foresight Programme „Poland 2020”.
3. To perform national and international study within foresight projects.
4. Methodological Workshops for Main and Research Fields Panels members.
5. Main Panel will elaborate directions for project accomplishing.
6. Sessions and analytical work of Experts Panels - SWOT Analysis, brain storming, analyze of reciprocal impact, first list of research priorities, determination of thesis for Delphi survey, election of target groups.
7. Delphi quantitative investigation (2 rounds).
8. Sessions and synthetic work of Experts Panels – Delphi results analysis, second determination of research priorities, elaboration of first version of report.
9. Social debate and consultancy – introduction of Delphi research results.
10. PEST analyze.
11. Cross impact analyze.
12. To elaborate a map of clusters, final version of scenario, final report and recommendations for Ministry of Science and Higher Education as well as materials to present the results of National Foresight Program „Poland 2020” commonly.
13. Conference summarizing accomplishment of National Foresight Programme „Poland 2020”.

Moreover some tasks will be run constantly throughout the period of accomplishing National Foresight Programme „Poland 2020”. Those tasks are:

1. Running the internet service of National Foresight Programme „Poland 2020”.
2. Running the information campaign.
